Yes. The thirteen Craft editing apps are free, with no subscription for local editing. ArtCraft's separate AI workbench uses credits for hosted image and video generation.
Free editing apps · Optional AI generation costs
Choose an editor in the app comparison, then follow the download and installation guide. You don't need to buy an AI plan to use PhotoCraft, FilmCraft or the other local editors.
Credits pay for images and video generated through ArtCraft's hosted service. The model, resolution and other settings affect the charge; check it in the workbench before confirming a job.
Subscription plans supply credits each month. One-time credit packs are another way to top up, and the official page says those packs never expire.
Explore AI Workbench if you want to generate media rather than edit an existing file.
Official ArtCraft plans are listed at getartcraft.com/pricing; its hosted workbench is at app.getartcraft.com. Follow the official price page to its checkout for official hosted-generation credits.
Other websites may sell credits for their own service. Check who runs the site, what its credits buy and which account receives them before paying; a third-party provider subscription used with the workbench follows that provider's charges.
Monthly billing charges each month. Annual billing charges the full annual amount up front; the monthly equivalent helps you compare the price, while credits are still issued each month.
For example, Basic is $10 per month on monthly billing or $96 up front on annual billing, equivalent to $8 per month. Both options supply 1,000 credits each month.
Pro and Max have larger monthly allocations; Enterprise has custom pricing and credits. Prices below are in USD; check the official price page before buying.
| Plan | Monthly billing in USD | Annual charge and monthly equivalent in USD | Credits issued each month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $10 per month | $96 up front $8 per month equivalent | 1,000 credits |
| Pro | $35 per month | $336 up front $28 per month equivalent | 3,750 credits |
| Max | $60 per month | $576 up front $48 per month equivalent | 6,600 credits |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom allocation |
Credit budget
Craft apps and Launcher are free to download and edit locally. Credits pay for official hosted AI generation; own compute and other providers can have separate costs.
Basic: $10 per month
1,000 credits issued each month on either billing option.
About 40 credits
For 10 images with Nano Banana.
1,000 monthly credits ÷ about 250 images × 10 images = about 40 credits.
Uses the official price-page example settings. Resolution and model settings can change the job. Check the charge shown before confirming a generation.

The calculator uses the selected plan's published approximate output to estimate credits for your requested images or video seconds. These are estimates; resolution and model settings can change the charge.
On Basic, 10 Nano Banana images cost about 40 credits. On Pro, 5 seconds of Seedance 2.0 cost about 80.13 credits.
Choose the model and setting you need, including Nano Banana Pro 4K when appropriate. Kling 3.0 Pro is disabled, and MiniMax H3 Turbo and MiniMax H3 Ultra are unavailable in the desktop app; the AI model directory shows model availability.
The official price page says failed generations refund credits and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. One-time packs never expire; the public page doesn't explain whether unused monthly plan credits carry over.
Check your official account for current credit-pack offers and any free credit allowance. Ask official support about unused plan credits before choosing a subscription.
The AI workbench's quick start asks for a free account or sign-in. That account and generation billing are separate from installing the local editing apps.
The software offers MIT or Apache 2.0 licenses, which allow commercial use. Keep the required license and attribution notices when copying or distributing the software.
Fonts, third-party material and generated assets have their own terms. Check the terms for the assets and generation provider you use.
