Install your chosen app
Download and installation explains how to install Craft Launcher or download a single editing app. Follow the steps for your operating system, then use the package selector if you need a specific processor or package type.
Use Launcher when you want it to manage installation and updates across your editing apps. Use a standalone package when you already know which app you want. The guide also links to the separate ArtCraft AI workbench.
Check free use and AI costs
Is ArtCraft free? explains free local editing, the free workbench software, optional official subscriptions, and credits charged by generation services. It also shows monthly and annual billing and approximate image or video budgets.
Open this guide before paying for generation. Check who sells the credits and which service receives them, especially when you arrive from a site with an ArtCraft name.
Check your file first
Use the File Finder for a specific extension and opening or export task. Use File formats to compare several formats and see preservation limits together.
Once you have a matching app, open its page from the Craft Apps comparison. Read what it can replace, its file limits and how to get started.
For generation work, continue to AI workbench and models. For a change in an app you already use, open Release changes.
